I am excited about our 2nd season of competitive sailing along the Gulf Coast. We had a great 1st year of learning and competitive racing. It will be time for our sailors to step up to the new challenges that the new season will bring.

We will start our practices Monday August 18, 2014 at 3:30. All practices will be held at the Fairhope Yacht Club. We will practice every Monday and Wednesday, weather permitting. We will try to practice at 3:30.

Regatta's will be given to those who are at practice the most. These sailors will be rewarded for their hard work. All sailors need to put the dates of the regattas on their calendar because they will be held responsible for going unless told otherwise by the coach. Rooms at the regattas will be blocked by the coach, but have to be paid for by parent. If your son or daughter goes to a regatta a parent must accompany their sailor to the regatta. This allows parent involvement with their sailor and the rest of the team, parents, and coach. We have to have our support team there for our sailors.
